Hi, I'm Yang-Cheng Chen.

I spent 6 years working on the systems behind businesses — scaling e-commerce operations at ShopBack, automating billing workflows at inline, and leading a financial restructuring project for IPO readiness at Autopass. I like messy problems where operations, product, and engineering all need to talk to each other.

Recently I've been exploring what AI coding agents can actually do — and ended up building a personal OS that runs my daily work and an expense tracker where the agent replaced the backend. I'm looking for a product role where I can keep building — let's talk.
